All physicians currently in practice, residents, and UCSF medical students who held current membership with the SFMS are eligible to vote. One ballot per member. Simply click on the "VOTE" button to access your e-ballot, or go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/2012SFMSElection. The e-ballot should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete. All ballot information will be kept confidential. Biographical sketches for each of the candidates are published in the October issue of San Francisco Medicine. All completed ballot must be submitted electronically by 5 PM on November 13, 2012. Any ballot received thereafter is invalid.
