New staffing and practice operations adaptations are necessary and “thinking outside the box” has become imperative.  On October 22nd, the San Francisco Marin Medical Society provided this FREE webinar with Debra Phairas, President of Practice & Liability Consultants, LLC to learn strategies to keep patients safe, secure, and still coming to your practice; project revenue/expense/net income for financial viability; and revamp operations, staffing and business development. Special thanks to our webinar sponsor, Cooperative of American Physicians.
